Which is the best way to do linear the thermistor output?

I need to do a linear thermistor output in the analog domain to obtain a signal that represents mV/ºC.
Which is the best way or method to do it? Schematics, link or documents are welcome.

Pls check KTY81 Philps sensor (which PTC but very good for thermo application).I have some circuits about KTY sensor.Plase send message

If you must use NTC please check Siemens-Matsusita web site.You can find some circuits.
