Which IGBT shoud i select for 100A 24V?

hi

Can any one suggest me to make a power unit with input voltage
24V giving a power output 1000w.
operating in a low frequency less than 20khz

i hope IGBT can play a better role than Mosfet.
But which IGBT can help me.

I think it would be better to use MOSFET for 100A and 24V. take a look at IXYS HiPerFET Power MOSFETS. You can get 150A MOSFET with Rdson~5mOhms. With IGBT conduction losses will be higher: Vcesat=1.7V at 100A is comparable to 17.5mOhms.
