native-nmos availability

How can I find out which foundries support native-nmos transistor in their 130nm/90nm processes?

I could find from TSMC website that it does, but no information wasn't available on UMC and SMIC websites without a NDA.

Re: native-nmos availability

SMIC 0.18u Mixed mode supports native mosfets.
I think UMC 0.13u mixed mode do have (not 100% sure)
