Which FET is better for current tolerance?

Transistor for tolerence

For tolerence purpose, which one is better. Big or small Fet.?

From engineering point of view this question is very difficult to answer..
If yo say tolerance, what accually do you have in mind?
Voltage, current, frequency, mechanical or heat properties?

Agree with above.
But in general L should be about 2x the minimal to suppress the Leff variation.

Sorry. I like to know about the current tolerance. But if possible you can also explain all the parameters. Thanks
