Which course to choose: ARM or ELINUX?

I got a job as an embedded system developer. I have to choose between two courses. An ARM course or elinux course?. I would like to hear the opinion of the experienced. U can email me at amraldo@hotmail.com.

they kind of complement each other ...i would say go for both if you can ..you need both to work on a processor running an RTOS.
