Which counter is suitable for my application?

I want to use the TC (or maybe another) output of a counter in order to have a pulse of about 10 nsec duration.The clock should be a 50 MHz signal.The problem is that in most counters the TC output is subject to decoding spikes.
Does anybody have any idea of a suitable counter?
