which book is good for me to start with???

ramesh babu dsp

Hi friend,

Signal & system By Oppenhium & Willsky ( Good for Time Representation, Fourier series & Transform-continous & discreate, & Z-transform)

Poakris-Good for Filters & Time representation, DFT

digital signal processing by ramesh babu

for starting the best book is digital signal processing by prokis and next you can refer discrete time signal processing by Opphenhium and shwfer.

Hello friend,

I hope depending upon the course structure different books are good. But according to my knowledge the book oppenheium & willsky is the master piece in digital signal processing. Both oppenheium & prokris helps to build the fundamental of the beginner in dsp. It clears the concepts regarding the signal systems.

But people can follow different books of depending upon their course structure.

Thank You,

Don't search for a book, Proakis and Manolakises book is a DSP Bible, There are a few newer and more moden books but for a beginer I'ld say that the first few chapters of the proakis book are sufficient

descrete signal processing by openhaum schaffer

Discrete Signal Processing by Oppenheim and Wilkski is thew best available book

I think for the beginer Digital Signal Processing by Ramesh Babu is the best book.Once you got the idea regarding it then go for Discrete Signal Processing by Oppenheim and Wilkski.

For problems you please refer Digital signal processing Scham's outline .

hi,
1st u should read the book of SCHAUM'S OUTLINE Series DSP.
Solve examples and also solve the solved problems.ok
Then read or consult any other book like PROAKIS and SCHAFER.
i think u better understand.

if u are new to dsp ramesh babu is better, and the best book is proakis,

Added after 2 minutes:

if u are new for signals&systems p.ramesh babu is better ,if u thorough with signals&systems proakis is best

dsp by ramesh babu

Proakis is the best book I have ever seen. But Oppenheim is an divine book for us. For MATLAB implementations Mitra will be an excellent choice. I have this 3 books all. I recommend you to use these both:) You will get best results...

where can i find dsp by ramesh babu

the best known book is oppenheim (its directly to higher level) if u're able to manage its good
first try sanjit k mitra or ifeachor

dsp by p.ramesh babu text book for free

proakis is the best book for beginners,......althouh u can refer dsp by oppeinheim schaffer also at the later stages....

dsp+ramesh babu

I think if you want to have a basic information about dsp you should use SCHAUM'S OUTLINE .it has examples and easy to understand

ramesh babu dsp

Rick Lyons "Understanding Digital Signal Processing" is quite good.

dsp text book by ramesh babu
