Which book is good for digital design concepts? (VHDL)

Which book is good for digital concepts keeping in mind that i want to go for VLSi field... Plz suggest the names of the books & provide the links..thanks alot..

The best one if you want to go to VHDL is Digital sytems design by Charles Roth. All concepts are explained along with VHDL

Digital Principles and Applications by A. P. Malvino is a good book and is been followed in many universities.

the good book to refer digital design with vhdl is brown or roth or walkerly or mano.almost all these books give digital design along with vhdl code.

Digital Design by Morris Mano is great starting text.
For advanced Design (especialy in VLSI field) 'Digital Integrated Circuits' by Rabey is very good.
