Which ASIC Vendor has 32 bit CPU and 80 MHZ DAC

Hi all,
Would you please give me a suggestion
I need to design an ASIC which must has a 32 bit CPU( I hope it is royalty free) and an 80 MHZ DAC(for video RGB, 5 bits resolution).
Would somebody can tell me which ASIC vendor has such IPs, I prefer
the Embedded gatearray ASIC, not standard cell.

a 32-bit CPU - is available from Philips (formerly VLSI Logic), LSI-Logic Atmel, Samsung, Fujitsu - to name a few.
An 80Mhz DAC is available from Analog Device, Atmel, Philps, and other.

What type those 32 bit CPU is? I do not like ARM, since the charge is very expensive

By the way, I need the put the CPU and DAC in one ASIC, which company can provide both of them?
