I do not know any suitable web site for power control/management IC design and i will appreciate if anyone inform me too!
for now I think the best method is ieee papers and manufacturer's datasheet and app. notes ; to design a SMPS controller IC u must be a goo SMPS designer and have good knowledge about SMPS requirements and realization methods, this kind of infos can be found in datasheets, appnotes and text book, after that SMPS IC design is like other ICs!
