where to publish a paper on analogue design?

Hello All
I need to publish a paper in a journal with a good impact factor, my research is about an ADC in a CMOS Image Sensor.
apart from IEEE journal (takes a lot of time), in which other journal can I adress my paper?
I need the web sites of these journals plzzz

Have you consider trade journals such as EDN and ED?
