hi
I'm searching hameg style grey push button, like the one you can have in the 8000 modules series
does anybody know where to buy them (in sort of 10-20 qty) ?
thanks.

If you want that _style_ (but not identical), check out E-Switch. For example, type TL2203 is latching. See here. They are about 6mm square.
They also do caps for these.

EDIT: Actually the one you might want is TL2201..Z, which in the latching option is TL2201EEZ, see here.
That model (Z suffix) can take caps available in light or dark grey, 5mm square. See cap '1D' here.

thanks for this !
I'm mainly seeking the small squares in the panel, that surrounds the push button itself
any idea ?

That may be a custom part, or part of the front panel molding. I've never seen push-switches in this style with a separate surround
unfortunately : (
