L6-20 to L1530P

Hi
I am trying to find a plugin adaptor to connect a L6-20 plug to a L1530P. these are american standard, the L6-20: 20A, 250V, triphase. the L1530P: 30A, 250V.
If anyone knows where to find this adaptor I would be grateful. If not, I will have to wire it and I'll appreciate any help for that.
Thanks
