Where is pole in DCM flyback?

For the control-to-output Bode plot for a DCM flyback SMPS.

Is the first pole at a frequency of 1/(2.PI.R.C) ?

Where:
PI = 3.14159
R = LOAD RESISTOR
C = Output capacitor of flyback.
