where i can find some ADC FFT test Script for Matlab

Hello
everyone
I have designed a pipeline ADC,and
I want to do FFT tests for the output points of my ADC(1024 points),
I know little about Matlab.
So where can i find this Matlab Script for this FFT test?
Then i can just input the output data and spectres can be shown.
