Where can I get schematics and software of a ROM programmer?

I have been searching for a ROM programmer, exactly, it's 28C256. Where can I get schematics and software of this programmer (my english is not good, If my remember is good, the programmer carries out the task called burning ROM ??? is it right?)

You want a CMOS EEPROM programmer...

The batronix one is good. The circuits are available on the site. Programming software is available as a trial version, but the full version can be found if you search the web :D
