Where can I get an CCD chip for high speed DSO?

I am trying to update my Bitscope.
It said that some of the Tek scope using a special CCD chip to acieve a high sample rate(more than 1Gsps).
Is there anyone knows what this special CCD chip is,and where can I get those things.:?::?::?:
