I'm looking for a cheap interface to connect my Dell laptop to my Tek scope, which has a GPIB port. Commercial offerings are an absolute ripoff, don't understand why they're so expensive. I've found some older threads on this board, but I thought I would post again to get some recent feedback. Checked ebay, only found one Aussie product which was cheap, but seems a risky buy for me.

Is anyone using such an interface ? Any recommendations ? $80US is about my upper limit.

Don't lose your money on this crap. It's just a toy that does not provide any library or port emulation.
