Hi everyone,
I am using Orcad 16.3 for a project of a industrial PCB. My company gives me an Orcad schematics, already well done by external engineers.
In this schematics there are a lot of components which are not included in my libraries, such as uP, RS422 trancievers, Maxim encoder interfaces, and so on.
I am using Orcad since a couple of year, but only for doing small piece of circuitry, and all of the schematics I have worked fine and all the components not included in my library are founded in the "design cache" of the project.

My question is:
Where do I can find a part, if it is not included in my library?+
for example, where can I found the part of a renesas uP for using it in my schematics? or a MAX3467 ?

I have seen this group mentioned a while ago , you may want to check it

I am checking it, there you can find people looking for libraries.
But my question is a bit more "conceptual" of finding a single library of a components:

If I'll start a big porject, with dozens of components not included in orcad standard libraries, Do I have to spend all days googoling for finding IC's libraries?
maybe Orcad CIS (component information system), (wich I don't have) do this kind of work?

The link I have provided is more than a group of people searching for libraries, they have libraries you can download in the download area.

I guess the alternative is to buy libraries but I don't have any company links available.
