Hi all,

I'm using a ULN2803 in SO18 package. Need to use ULN2805 instead (3.3VDC). Does anyone know where I can find it ?

Or any better idea to drive 8x 12V relays with 3.3VDC.

/Regards BEA

uln 2805

The only major difference between 2803 and 2805 is the input resistor ..
They are both rated for Vin max of 2.4V ..
If you have problems with 2803 you may have the same problems with 2805 ..

Other option is to use discrete digital transistors (with build-in resistors) or popular 2N7000 FETs ..

One must be a fortune teller to predict that ..
