Where can I find some manual for verilog-A? Anyone know it?

cadence verilog-a manual

There is a book about verilog-A here:

cadence verilog-ams language reference

Cadence Verilog-A Language Reference

cadence verilog a

cadence has a manual about verilog-a

verilog a manual

what difference is between Verilog_A and Verilog_AMS?

cadence verilog-a language reference

Verilog-A is for analog modelling
Verilog-AMS is for analog and mixed signal
meaning it has some extension for digital modelling
also

cadence verilog a manual

depends on your simulator. Cadence manual is OK if you are going to use spectre because cadence veriloga does not comply to ieee standard. YOu can find the standard (but old) user manual from here
