Hi ,

I need good resource for VHDL projects . I did a lot of small projects in VHDL like counters , ALU , rotating lights , adders , subtractors ... etc . I need to take the next step in digital design ? so what that could be

Thanks

Get some kind of sensor ( temperature/gyro/accelerometer/magnetometer etc... ) that communicates via a serial protocol ( most are I2C/SPI). Implement the master side on your FPGA. Get readings and show them on a PC console.

thanks , but where can i find such specifications to start building my design ?

Do you have a CPLD/FPGA evaluation board ?
Where are you located ?

what kind of projects will be easier to start with on opencores ? (arithmetic core or prototype board or comm controller ... etc ) ?

also are these design projects or verification ones ?
