pspice parameter

where can i find design parameters of MOSFET model in PSPICE for IC design?I can only find the design parameters of HSPICE.

transfer them to pspice.
there are many same.
other you can use default.

go to cadence pspice site and download from there a utility that converts hspice bsim3 models to pspice ones. It is free to download.
