Where can I find a PLA2TDF.EXE program ?

Does anyone have, or know where to find a program called
"PLA2TDF.EXE"?

"PLA2TDF.EXE" is a OLD program once provided by Altera to
convert "pla" files (option of WINCUPL) to Altera format.
