hspice download

I have been looking for some example of a ADC for a couple of weeks.
Where can I download an Hspice example of an AD converter?

I didnt think u canget it easily...when u get it then u can just simulte it and u cna even turn it to layout and fabricate it..

The thing u asked is too private and confidential...plus the netlist is too long
