Hi!
I am looking for a Transparent Magnet for my experiments. I have googled it but could not found any commercial product. Is there something available.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Muhammad Awais.

Re: Transparent Magnet??

To be a magnet, the material should be Iron, Neodyminum, Nickel, Ferrite, Cobalt or something like it which are naturally opaque. If you get iron or any of the material mentioned, which is transparent, it can be made as a magnet.

Re: Transparent Magnet??

Transparent magnets exist ! they are made by ultra small particles of iron-oxide or Neodymium. They are applied f.i. in nanotechnologies or flat screens. I don't think they are commercially available.

I wonder if I can also get some transparent alluminium?
You see I have these 2 blue whales I need to transport to...
