where can I buy 10W circulators? Is there any vendor?

trak microwave is the historical factory.
Also Mica Microwave sell very good iso/circulators.
Channel microwave and M2G are cheaper suppliers

Are you still looking for circulators? I should be able to help if can advise frequency range and style of device you need, i.e. waveguide, coax connectorised or coax drop-in. Please post reply to this forum.

Do you have isolators which average power can reach 400W or even higher？
 

What is your detail requirements?
Peak power?
Duty cycle?
PDF?
Is the waveguide type OK?
