MOSFET

Hello,



I can work on transistor .

But MOSFET is very New For me and I have to work on FQPF6N80
800V N-Channel MOSFETas Switch.
But I don't Know
How to Drive it and
How to Calculate It's Biasing Resistance.


Please guide me!!!
