When I shutdown my PC with WinXP it restarts automatically!

my computer config:windows xp

when i shutdown my computer it restarts automatically.
Does anyone have any solution to this problem please give me a reply.

check ur bios,
it has this option in Power management section.
also u can use Xteq software for optimisation of ur pc.
it has the setting somewhere in power management sectiom.

another help tip for you:
