When did Cadence start to support transient noise analysis?

Anybody knows when did Cadence start to support transient noise analysis?
 

it started with mmsim, if I remember correctly.
 

Foundry support for transient noise model params, however,
remains an "exercise for the student" in my world....

as far as i can remember transient noise simulation was available in orcad 9.0, which was released in 1998.
