When and how exactly does Ocean load its cxt files?

cxt files for ocean

Hi
Can anyone help me in finding how ocean loads its cxt files ie. where is it specified to pick up these cxt files.
Basically when i run ocean i get the following result

In which file or script is it specified to load these cxt files.
Can i run ocean without loading these cxt files.

Look into .cdsinit or .cdsenv file(s) in your working and/or home directory. Follow up (possibly) further sourced init/environment files.
