how to solve proteus timestep too small

i mean why its not stable.this is a bmp file.it doesnt work with old proteus 6.2
but i realised that it works with new one?!!

This one looks like a comparator.

You have to use hysteresis, if not you can run into oscillation.

can u describe it with details.yes the problem is with oscillation.while trying to change the sign of the voltage that is compared proteus gives a problem like:
timestep too small
