Hi all,
Here is a schematic of 900 MHz PA provided by Maxim. What is the usage of R1 (0 Ohm)?
Thanks!

Re: zero resistor?

In this case it is just a jumper that connects two points ..

zero resistor?

I think it is used as fuse device for current limitation.

Re: zero resistor?

zero resistor are often used for improving and adjusting the circuit !

Re: zero resistor?

or in your layout you might want to replace that part with a finite resistor, so you put in a zero resistor instead of just drawing a trace. makes life easier to modify the circuit later in testing etc.

Re: zero resistor?

Just one jumper for automatic machine insertion.

Re: zero resistor?

1.jump
2.fuse
3.point fot I testing
4.the same function of inductance
