LNB substarte

what is the substarte material used in LNB for SAT for Ku band

is it duoriod
thanks

LNB substarte

Low-noise blocks LNB converters for satellite Ku-Band use materials like GaAs PHEMT which is pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor technology materials. I do not know how they make them.

It is just custom materials for a low noise figure minimum of 0.5dB.

Re: LNB substarte

no i am asking about the PCB material used for tis frequency range

thanks

Re: LNB substarte

It's most likely to be some PTFE and fiber glass composite so via holes can be manufactured with reliability.
