What's the substitute for TIL78?

Hello All!

I have a project with the TIL78 for transmiting datav over fiber cable, but actually TIL78 are obsolete.
Anyone know substitute? Please, advise-me...

transistor til78

TIL78 is a phototransistor with peak wavelenth of ≈880nm so any other phototransistor with similar seneitivity can replace it. Example: Siemens SF313/4, Honeywell SDP8405 ..
Both you can obtaion from RS components around the world ..
