could you give more information about your question?, specially "60<45 Degree", I dont think it is standard notation, therefore, more explanation is necessary.
Let me tell you in advance that an ohmeter doesn't measure impedance but resistence.
You will get the impedance of the circuit at 0 Hz. It will be the equivalent parallel resistance. It will be independent of the reactance of the circuit since the ohmmeter only uses a DC (0 Hz) voltage. So the phase angle doesn't matter.
