have any one heard of Cadence OrCAD 15.7?
is it defferent with famous orcad? if not what is the difference?

They are the same thing. Here is a paragraph from Cadence's 1999 Annual Report:
"In August 1999, Cadence acquired OrCAD, Inc., a supplier of computer-aided engineering and computer-aided design software and services for the printed circuit board industry, for cash. Cadence acquired all of the outstanding stock of OrCAD and assumed all outstanding stock options. Thanks, but i mean the version 15.7, as I know tha last version was 9.2 then 10.1! I want to know what is the difference between the last version and previous one if they are the same?
