In my design, I need to increase the Rs value to meet fall time demand. However, when the Rp & Rs were selected OK to meet that, they don't meet the function curve showed in the figure in I2C spec.(in my design, VDD=3V3, Rp=4.7K, Rs=1.2K)

I don't know what the defect of a big Rs is to bus signal.
Would someone please do me a favor?:)

Sounds absurd, because there's only a maximum and no minimum fall time specification for I2C.

Maximum Rs values are simply set by logic level requirements and can be easily calculated.

Maybe for EMC requirement.
