what digital component that contain in MEDIAN FILTER? How about the architecture of median filter

I dont understand your question regarding the component that contains a median filter.

If you are asking for a core or something like that then you may find a median filter in either the Xilinx core generator or opencores.org

If not in either you may need to build it from scratch.
