What's different about ADS loadpull this two design guide? X-dB this one I can't change pin power, Because when I change number 10 to -15 and simulate result is the same.

Load Pull Simulation/Measurement can be done at many pre-defined Output Power levels. Therefore there is an option to demonstrate this.
If the simulation results are invariable, it means you couldn't drive the amplifier sufficiently to reach compression level so the amplifer works still under this point.

I mean , if I change "load pull - PAE,Output power Contours" this design guide's Pin value ,the result will be different. But , if I Change "load pull - PAE,Output power Contours at X-dB Gain Compression " this design guide's Pin value ,the result is the same. Why?? and what's different about this two design guide?

"load pull - PAE,Output power Contours at X-dB Gain Compression "

From the design guide description:

This simulates the output power and power-added efficiency contours of a device or amplifier at a single RF frequency at the X dB power gain compression point, as a function of the load reflection coefficient, at the fundamental frequency. You can specify the amount of gain compression, X, in dB. The simulator then increases the available source power to the device until the power gain has been reduced by X dB, relative to its small-signal value. A sample device is provided. You must replace this device with your own device or amplifier, and modify the biases, as needed.
