An layout question

It seems you are talking about the layout representation of vias?

An layout question

plz elborate your question

An layout question

Can you put here a drawing or attach it?

Re: An layout question

i think you meant a via...which is used to connect two different metals together...

An layout question

It's kind of difficult because the question is not clear and the only way to answer is to guess if we understand the real problem and have an answer...

You'll receive tons of guess and, may be, one or two would be really helpful. I would recommend to re-do the question and, as suggested before, attach an screen capture...

Re: An layout question

hi!
i think you are talking about via which connect a metal of a down stage to an other in higher one; and it connect the poly to a metal also.

An layout question

I think it is external connection of layout block - pins.
If you use Virtuoso you should switch ON Pin name control in Display option. You will see the names of these pins.
