What will be the transmitting frequency !?

here is a TX circuit" https://www.flickr.com/photos/aj_silverthunder/4141615924/ " .there the value of L1 is 2.157nH(0.00215uH).and the varicap is BB139.then what will the transmitting frequency!and i think the capacitance of BB139 is 29pF,am i right!

It is supposed to transmit on the FM broadcast band which is 88MHz to 108MHz.
Due to a lot of stray capacitance in the wiring of the pcb and inside the transistors then the frequency is difficult to calculate.
