What type of op amp filter configuration is this?

I bump into this circuit in a transceiver RX input.
Does anybody knows what type of op amp filter configuration is this?

Hi lipkai ,

it´s the classical unity gain Sallen-Key lowpass structure - however, in an uncommon way of circuit drawing.
Replace the opamp with feedback by a unity gain amp and connect the upper capacitor to the output. Then, you have the classical form.
