What type of FLASH (NAND or NOR) is used on microcontoller

May I know what kind of memory NAND or NOR is used in Microcontroller
 

No, you may not. I would presume it’s proprietary. And depends on WHAT microcontroller. And why do you need to know?
 

It was a doubt came to my mind when learning more about microcontrollers.
I belive it will be NOR type Flash.Beacuse NAND is not reliable without a dedicated controller and sophsiticated memory mamangement.This will consume more silicon.
Nor has random access capability which is essential in code execution.

Please coorrect me if I am wrong
