My problem is ambiguity in the two switches in the attached circuit marked with "?" in red. When I connect pin 15 and 17 of IC46 to ground "magazine stepping motor left/right" functioning properly but "filament current regulator I up/down" and "filament current regulator II up/down" is not functioning properly and if I disconnect these pins from ground (as switches in the schematic shows) "magazine step motor left/right" is not functioning properly but "filament current regulators up/down I and II are working ok. Now I want to know why this is happening and what to do to make both filament and magazine controls work properly?
