testing ADC

To test the dynamic characteristics(SNR, SFDR) of a 10bit 50KHz ADC
What should be the minimum requirement of test equipments like signal generators, spectrum generators..etc. If anybody has the test circuits for dynamic testing of ADC please provide me.
