Hi,

As you see in schematic there is 2 supply and 1 gnd. How can I switch them with mosfets. What mosfet config should be. Could you please show a circuit.
Switching time will be 1 microsecond.
Mosfets will be switch by microcontroller and has done.
Thank you so much for any help.

Hi,
Use optoisolators with photoelectric output to drive the gates of suitably rated MOSFETS.
For details google for "opto isolated MOSFET driver"

Hi,

What kind of mosfet should be use? P channel N channel, combine both of them.. I dont have any experience on mosfet configurations

hi
for this switching u should use N channel mosfet but with photoelectric drive the gates

for mosfets in your power see IXYS product & for trigger the gate use H11L1 (MICROPROCESSOR COMPLATIBLE CAAS SCHMITT TRIGGER OPTOCOUPLERS)
