hi~all
if my LNA need 4mA(dc),I'm designing the LDO which supply the crrent to LNA,so how much current does the LDO need to supply?(I think is about 6mA)

In order to know what is the max current that the LNA operating, you need to simulate your LNA over the worst and best cases as well with the power supply variation, or in other word, the PVT variation. That tells you the max current the LNA takes in.
