hi,what is meaning o low profile antenna,i hear that aabout small size one?
 

These are antennas that do not extend very far from the surface they are mounted on. This is in contrast to traditional types that extend 0.1 wavelengths or more from the surface.
 

PIFA is a typical example of low-profile antenna with reference to a quad-lamda mono-pole.
