What kind of TVS diodes will withstand a 100C DC surge for 50ms?

Hi, I am designing a system to be compliant to MIL-STD 1275E. It has to withstand a 100VDC surge for 50ms, what kind of TVS diodes can place upstream to handle this surge? What levels of current am I looking to suppress? Any idea?
